Emphasis on Safety

PDF provides a variety of resources and services to enhance jobsite safety and provide member contractors with the tools needed to understand and properly comply with government rules regulations.

An agreement between PDF and Safety Education Consultants provides member contractors unlimited phone and fax consultations. Site inspections, employee training, safety manual development, and assistance with OSHA are available with reimbursement from PDF for costs based on your company’s contribution.

PDF provides easy access to official regulations, material safety data sheets, samples of safety manuals, safety handbooks, other printed pieces and videos in its library at 1605 Fairview Avenue in Overland, MO.

Safety Education Consultants, Ltd.

Safety is not a topic for guesswork.

So PDF has contracted with a nationally recognized expert to provide you with the advice you need, when you need it. Ray Boehm, President of Safety Education Consultants (SEC), is just a phone call away in emergencies.

SEC is also available to conduct annual safety meetings, safety seminars and inspections throughout the year.

Safety Consultant Reimbursements

All PDF members enjoy unlimited FAX and phone contact with Safety Education Consultants Ltd. Depending on a member’s contribution to PDF, the contractor receives an increasing number of hours for the following services:

  • Site inspection and follow up reports
  • Employer/ employee training
  • Accompaniment to OSHA informal hearings
  • Assistance in development or review of your safety manual
