Supervisor Training Program Seminar

Registration is now open for FTI’s Supervisor Training Program, which will be held January 6-7 at the Painting & Decorating Foundation. This course is designed for current foremen and field workers with leadership potential.  Please note participants must be IUPAT members (as the seminar is funded by the FTI).

Topics covered include: the role of the supervisor, leadership skills, cost realities, communication skills, jobsite documentation, mentoring, motivation and team building, production management, productivity enhancement, problem solving, and more!  Last year was our first time offering this class, and it received outstanding feedback from those who attended.
